Olympic Gold Medalist Tatiana Gutsu trains young athletes with dreams of competing in the Olympics at her gymnastics academy in Metro Detroit. Inspired by the 1980 Olympics, Tatiana started gymnastics at age four and dedicated herself to the sport, eventually winning a gold medal in the 1992 Barcelona Olympics. She was the first to perform certain moves at an international level. Now living in Metro Detroit, Tatiana opened a gymnastics school in Farmington Hills, where she uses her Olympic experience to train the next generation of hopefuls. She emphasizes the importance of presentation and technique, and teaches in multiple languages. Tatiana's academy starts training children as young as 16 months. She believes in discovering and nurturing unique talents to help them shine on a global stage.
