When he hit the brakes at 320 km/h, the front wheels of his Toro Rosso sheared off, and he ended up in the barriers. He was unscathed and said, "That's really, you know, something broke. It happened. We changed all the car, and it will be fine, so don't think about it anymore." When asked if he was worried it might happen again, he said no.
