Crawford takes Weber's one-timer right off the head

Hatcher ready at the point to Galchenyuk, moves in the middle, hands it across. Weber fires, whoa, right off the mask of Crawford, and they blow the play down as that one knocked Crawford right back. He's hearing the bells ringing in his head right now, that's for sure. Crawford was almost out; the way he went, he fell backwards after that one-timer. And what a shift by Galchenyuk, and look at the heat and the power off that one-timer. Crawford stunned, falls backwards, and that shot is from about 25 to 30 feet. No time for Crawford to react; he just builds the wall and just takes it. That's like taking a 100 mph fastball right off the head. Ouch. Look at the toughness of Crawford though, not even phased. But right now he's got the ringing in the ears, and you get that even though the mask will stop the shot for you. I can tell you from experience, you get a loud ringing sound in your head, a smack when it happens, and it takes a few seconds to go away.
