Anastasia Sevastova's Sports Injuries Videos
Gruesome injury 🤕🚨🚑 Anastasija Sevastova's knee gives out against Anna Karolina Schmiedlova.
This is a very sad video, ladies and gentlemen. Anastasia Sevastova, the veteran, had to retire from her match due to a gruesome knee injury. Sevastova, who has defeated top players like Venus Williams in the past, was in visible pain. She was attempting to cover a short ball from her opponent when her knee gave out, causing her to drop to the ground. After calling for the physio and getting her knee wrapped, she tried to serve but her knee buckled again, forcing her to retire. This was painful to watch, and Carolina, her opponent, ended up winning the match by default.
Knee injuries are a common issue among athletes, and even though players might not always wear knee braces, it doesn't mean they are not experiencing pain. Fast and athletic players often avoid knee braces as they can hinder movement, but severe pain might necessitate their use. This injury to Sevastova was particularly bad, and it's uncertain if she will be able to continue playing anytime soon.
Let's wish Anastasia Sevastova a speedy recovery and hope that her injury is not as serious as it appeared.
